Hello Everybody,

Please advise. I have created a main form with a subform for data entry. After data entry into the main form it continues to the subform for data entry. Am I doing the right thing.

What I want is for the demographich data to be entered in tblPatient (main form) and tblHistory (subform) and for patient complaints for the subsequent visits. So a patient will have many visits, while the Demo data has to only be entered once.

You might find the tab control for form design interesting as it'll help you deal with many one-to many relatiionships between many different patient things such as patient to visits, patient to prescriptions, etc.

It's a good way of storing loads of information on a form without cluttering the form.
