For some reason now when people try to enter data in one of the forms in my database, it says that it has been blocked by admin. I have checked who has entered data into this form today and know one has, but it says they are blocking this particular form and as no one can now make entries, i have a big problem. The only info. i get is:MCSXHD9..... and im not sure how to find out their actual name, can any one help me please? thanks.
