Keyboard Macro

I would like to re-assign a keyboard shortcut to cycle between open windows in Access. Access standard Keyboard Shortcut is CTRL + F6. I would like to use more common CTRL + TAB. How do I do it? What is a Access Action for Cycling between windows?

It may. I have seen this article before. The problem that my Access (2010) seems like have different user interface for Macro's. It asks for an action from the list of standard actions and I cannot find it in the list.
