Knowledgebase - Access the program to use?

Hi,

Can anyone point me in the direction of building a knowledgebase?
are there any tutorials/pdf's that anyone knows of?

I am only assuming that Access is the program to use and that many people run this on their internal/external website with the assistance of ASP.

Are there any examples people know about. My endless trail of searching the net is starting to go round in circles.

Any help would be great.
