Label Frustration

I am having trouble with a report which was created through the label wizard and it is just not showing all records.

I am running the report based on a query. When I do a normal report with the same fields and based on the same query, I get all the records. Has anyone one else come up against this problem?

If the query has all the records and the alternative report print has all the records too, then I suspect your labels do too, but you may not have enough space in the textboxes to show them. One issue I have found is that if a field somewhere has a return key in it then you only see line one on the report which is blank - the data is on line two which is not shown.
You can test this by amending the textbox sizes with the label report in design view and see if it helps.

Thanks for the suggestions, it was a margin problem, which was rather confusing as I know the printer can print to the dimensions I set. However access seemed to feel that it knows best!
