Label visible dependant on data

After solving my last problem quickly, Ive decided to fire another one at you. Again I have a report that displays certain data and has labels saying what each bit of data is. Is it possible to set up the report so that if no data is displayed then the label for that data does not show up.

For example there is a label that Says -: Email: and then theres a data link text box next to it that displays the Email address, if there is no entry in this text box is it possible to make the Email label invisible??
