INSERT PAGE BREAK works everytime. Could it be printer type &/or settings?
you can use subreports for each page, and use the pagebreak between them on the master report.
and you can also build the report by stretching the hight of the report to match page lengths.

I removed the layout guides so each control could be placed individually.
Then I moved each field onto a separate 'row' vertically and added a page break between each.
You need to view the report in Print Preview for this to work as you want

See attached.

Yes, you are absolutely right. I want to do like that.

There have little correction which I donot mentioned previous messaged.
I want each page show the COMPANY LETTER HEAD that you see the first page.
And
page # 1 want Title "Student name".
Page # 2 want Title "Student Room".
Page # 3 want Title "Student ID".
Page # 4 want Title "Student Level".
Page # 5 want Title "Student Date of Birth".

i don't think that will work.
it will print "each" field on it's own page.

supposed you have 5 students.
each name will print on separate page.
each room on separate page, etc.

what you need is a sub report.
see All Student report.
see also the sub-reports (1_srpt_all_names, 2_srpt_all_room, etc.)
