can someone tell me if this is dangerous by removing it? according to article below it does not have anything i want. but it started automatically for me today when internet was connected

https://www.partitionwizard.com/partitionmanager/what-is-lenovo-vantage.html

it doesnt look like it is useful. article says half of features are overlapped with windows 10.. my machine is not on network. and i don't care about automatic stuff corporations try to put on machines. anyone have any advice on this? thank you. i have attached pictures for what i saw when it came up this morning. i also read some other articles on lenovo's sites

If it's software you don't want or need or use, you could remove it.

This is what I found for Lenovo Vantage:

I remember it because my wife got a Lenovo when her really old HP Pavilion died. (It was still running Win XP when Win 10 was current.) Vantage started up and I remember having looked it up before to decide that we didn't need it. If you are not computer literate, it MIGHT do you some good, might not. If you have a decent idea of what you want to do, I doubt you would need it. Near as I can tell, it is something designed to give you a warm, cozy feeling that your computer is doing nice things for you - whether you asked for them or not.
