Another Rookie needs help! I'm using Access 2002.
I have a MAIN table with 100 records. The field names are "ID", "Name", "Status"
The "ID" field contains numbers 1 through 5. Therefore each "Name" has an ID of 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5. Their "Status" is either Customer or Non Customer.
Through a Macro I open the main form and filter the data from the main table.
For example:
I press a macro button for "ID"=1 and it shows 20 records (filitered)
But when I'm viewing the Filtered Form and do another filter for "Customers Only" in an option group, it filters all 100 records not just the 20 records.
How can I restrict all other data that is not displayed in the filtered form?
