link/hyperlink inside a column to a subform

Hi All,

I need assistance in creating a link to a subform on a subform. I tried studying the technology on the template provided by microsoft(Students Database) but still have lots of questions. I hope you can help and give step by step process in creating a similar structure.

I have attached an example from microsoft template(Copy of Example). On the attachement, its how it looks on the template. The other attachment(Example) is how it looks on my database. I tried making the properties look same as the template but still getting errors.
