Linking form data together to effect other forms..

Hello.

I have created many forms from a few tables i have with data inputted.
Each page relates to the other somehow, but i was just wondering how i go about making it so if one piece of information is entered or slected on one page, it carries over the relevant information to another form.

Sorry if this is vague.
