linking one field to another

When i select data for one field from a combo box on a form, how can i make data from from a different field in the same record appear on the same form?

For example, if a customer name is selected, the correct address appears in the address box.

Use the Combo wizard to create the ComboBox and select the 3rd option "find record based on ComboBox value" or whatever.
