list box problems

I have a table of data. One of the fields is linked to another table so that a user drops a box down to select their entry.

When the table is displayed in a list box using a wuery to get the matching data the drop down fields appear as numbers.

Is there a way to fix it?

check the colum widths for the list box e.g if you have 2 colums in the list box and the data you wish to display is in the second colum set the colum widths for the list box to 0cm;3cm

this will not display the information from the first colum, but from the second only
