Listbox criteria used in parameter query

This is very similar to a question asked a few days ago. My VB is very poor and would like a step-by-step account on how to make a query use selected criteria from two listboxes on a form (the listboxes are not multiselect).

Your help would be much appreciated.

Try looking at the following article: Customizing Access Parameter Queries. The article discusses combo boxes mostly, but realize that listboxes and combo boxes are very similar.
