Lock Header

Is there a way to lock the Report Header on the screen so when a user scrolls down they will always see the header? Like you can in Excel with Lock Cells. As a user scrolls down it makes it difficult to see the Column Names.

usually you don't need to do it with a report because reports are traditionally printed, so the user usually has instant access to the column headers - which ought to be in the page header if you want them repeated on each page (report header does not repeat at all).
