can anyone please please please help me with this.... i need a correct LDM or LDS .... for some reason i cant get my head around it .....

The LK Judo Club is a not-for-profit organization, teaching the martial art Judo in the Kyushindo style. Classes are held at a local youth centre. Classes are run on Monday evenings. There are two classes, the child class runs from 7pm to 8pm and the adult class runs from 8:15pm to 9:30pm.
There are currently two types of member, adult(over 16) and child(16 and younger. two masters currently teach each class. These are both adult black belt grades. All other members are of lower grades. There are currently 12 child and 9 adult members(not including the masters). grades run from white belt, through yellow, orange, green, blue, brown and black belt. Black belts may progress by earning Dan grades.

Every week the student attends, they pay a ma free, children pay £2.5, while adults pay £3.50 per session. This is used to pay the hall hire fee of £20.00 for the evening. Additionally, every member must pay a membership fee of £10.00. Of this fee, £6.00 is used to pay for individual insurance of the calendar year( 1st jan to 31st dec).

This is paid as one payment, for the whole club to the Kyushindo International Judo Association. Students paying late in the year will still have to renew on 1st Jan of the next year. Upon payment, each member receives a membership card detailing personal details and grading history, this is updated by the master when the student takes a grading, of which there are two a year.
the club itself also has to pay an annual fee of £120 to be affiliated with the Kyushindo International Judo Association, this also provides indemnity insurance for the club.

Your question is not getting a lot of takers because of two factors.

1. Wide open question, more than many of us care to take on considering this is a "free" forum.

2. Vaguely described problem.

Search this forum for issues with the words "Layout" or "Design" in the titles. I have published many posts on how to approach DB design, not always in the "Design" sub-topic.

oh noo sorry.... i ment to ask what are the entities in the above... i could only come with these and i am not sure if i have missed any other....
