Looking Up Value from Same Table

I have a table ClientInformation. One of the pieces of information is EmergencyContact. The EmergencyContact may be someone who is also listed as a Client. Some EmergencyContacts may be the contact for several people. Is there a way to gather infomormation from the current table rather than re-entering information time after time?
