Novice here! I am trying to set up a database to store names of Temporary Employees. I want the user to be able to use a form to enter their data, and have the capability of viewing if the name already exists in the database. The purpose is to allow us to see if a temp has already been here w/another agency, & why we cut him/her loose. If the form is not the proper place to see this, maybe when the name has been entered, if it already exists, it will bring the user to record containing the original data. Any help is greatly apreciated! Thanks in advance.
