Lookup from access in vb

So i am creating a table in access and want to use Visual Basic to create a series of input forms. In my access tables i have a series of lookups such as in the "title" column, i have "Mr" "Mrs" etc. How can i show these in boxes in my forms on VB?? This has had me stumped for ages now! Any ideas would be appreciated

Use combo boxes for these tabels, i.e.

1 Mr.
2 Ms.
3 Mrs.
etc.

The key is stored in the form recordsource, not the title.
