Just wondered if viewers had any suggestions for this one?
I'm tidying up my works booking in system and instead of a person having to manually open the sub / sub forms then I wondered if I could have a button on the top form for instance "ORDER COMPLETE" Then upon clicking this button table C is filled in automatically for e.g all of the Booked_In_Qty fields are filled in with the Table B Qty_Required figures.
Nine time out of ten a person would hold the delivery note and physically check all items. Should that delivery be complete then this would save them opening TableC sub forms. The tables do not truly reflect details for my system but enough to give you an idea of what I'm trying to acheive. Table B is a datasheet and Table C is a form both are continuous.
Any ideas people?
