Help!!!!

I have 2 forms that you select the ink you want and it shows the quantity in a textbox. In Access 2000 format it changes the table when you change the quantity, however once converted to Access 2003, it doesnt save the table data anymore. I have included the MDB of both versions and could really use some help. Any other changes that you think would make it work better are always appreciated. The forms that are the problem are Canon and HP.

Cheers,
Mike

You need to set the control source for the look up control with the name "HP Ink" to "HP Ink"!
See attached picture.

When I do that, it overwrites the first item in the list with whatever you selected. So if you click Cyan and change it, it changes Photo Magenta to Cyan on the table.

Mike,

Both versions seem to work for me when used with A2003.

That is very weird. can you send me an mde file and see if it works for me?

Yes I see, but that is exactly what your Ms-Access 2000 version do.
To check it, download the database you attached to your 1. post.
