Question Macro problem in 2007

Can anyone help explain to me why when my agency (government) converted to 2007 I now have only 38 actions available in my macros action list instead of the 70 I'm suppose to have. The databases that I've converted to 2007 work fine and the actions are display with an "!" beside them, but I can't create a new macro and use the same action because Access says it's not in the list. I figure there must be security settings someplace but I have looked and have come up emptied handed. Thanks for any help!

Have you set your trusted location yet?

Yes, I've set the trusted location and even added a digital signature thinking that may help. Still only a partial list. Thanks!

Thanks SOS! Kind of makes me feel like an idiot but I would have never thought to look for a button when it wouldn't even let me type the action in saying it wasn't in the list.
