Mail Merge Question

Hi All

I hope this is the correct thread / area for this.

Anyway we have a guest details database with the FE in users My Documents and BE on our server.

We usually run a mail merge with MS Word and all works fine.

However the printer in the office has gone South so we have advised some users to just print stuff at home until a new one arrives, probably AFTER Christmas.

The problem arises that the word document will NOT open properly or complete the merge for the home users due to the home users network not being part of our domain and therefore cannot access the server BE files.

Is there a way round this? Or will we have to make the home users PCs members of our domain via VPN etc?

Info greatly appreciated.
