Mail Merge with Labels

Hi, I have been struggling for ages trying to mail merge a table plan for work where I need the data to be inserted down to the next cell/row, and not across the page horizontally - is this possible with Access?? it is driving me mad! Would be really grateful if anyone could help me thank you
