I have created few mail merged letters (created in MS Word) using an existing database (MS access 2003) that holds all the records.
My question is that: Is it possible to add a button or a function on my form that will allow me to view the specific letter (MS word) associated to the specific record on my form. for e.g
I was viewing Ref: 1001 on the database and now I want to open up the merged letter with the Ref:1001...Hope i've explained it well!
Just to brief you that I am new to VB coding and therefore if you could help me other ways other than using VB code that would be great.
