Mailing list DB..can I print postcards

I just finished updating a "database" ( more like a mailing list done in ACCESS) I usually have them run a report/labels... my question is- can I change the page settings so that I am able to print directly onto a postcard?

Provided that your printer supports the size and thickness, just change the print set up on the file menu
