I have a db Access 2003 protected by a password. When I run a mail merge routine from the Tools menu (through MSWord), after selecting the word document, Word asks TWICE (!) to confirm the source of the data (Access mdb file) and the password. Only then it would complete the routine. In absence of the password, the routine is done normally.
Is there any way of avoiding this inconvinience? It´s really uncomfortable!
