Hi all.

I have a database, which is a simple customer database. which has the ability to make lables for customer who have a yes in the combo box. what i would like to do is create a mail shot for those customers also. by a single click button. i already have a email address field and i also have a single customer email button for the current record, how do i go about make a feature where by it chech if customer has a yes in the combo box and yes has and email address and then outputs them to outlook.

Sorry is my discription is not great, have touble explaing myself.

What database can do.
Print labes if yes in combo box.
Can email current record.

What it cannnot do but would like to do.
Linked with yes box i would like to mailshot customers. (Add there address to outlook email to list.)

surely output to outlook would work..
is this on an individual basis or a mail-shot
if mailshot then you can use word fuction to do this

if on an individual basis then there are samples of email fuctions so if x= yes then xxxxxxx outlook

must be do-able outlook and access can talk to each other quite easliy
