Main personalized menu doesn`t appear ??? Access 2007

I have a data base with a personalized main menu. with Access 2003 this menu appear ok, but with Access 2007 it doesn`t appear ???

You will find your menu under the ADD-INS Group in the Ribbon. Access 2007 doesn't use the menus like 2003 did. It uses the Ribbon and you can create your own Ribbons. There are some people who have done some stuff with making the 2007 interface look like 2003. You can Google for it.
