Hello again
I have got the FIND part of my form to work wonderfully (hurray). I have a macro in the double click of my list box which opens the next form (which is supposed to show the record I have choosen).

I can't , however, make it display that record because I have no link between the list box and my new form. I am not too great on coding and do not understand the example you sent earlier.

Can't I use criteria within my module to state
where primary key in list box = primary key in new form? I am much better at modules than code!

Thanks so much for your help
Sarah P

In your macros click on the open form line then in the properties click in the where condition then click the ... button, then select the primary field in the form you are opening and Dbl Click on <value> then click the = button the in the form you are searching in select the list box and dbl Click the <value>. Hope This Helps, though the code is easier.

Mitch.
