Many Issues...Need Help

A couple of issues I need help with:

1) When I try to preview the report a parameter box pops up and aks me to enter some data. Howeverm when I do enter some data just to get rid of the bock and preview my report, the data I entered replaces the actual data I have in my tables. This needs to stop.

2) I need to create a continuous report. Right now each and every record is coming up on a separate page. I would like to have more than one record on each page. Is there a way to do so?

3)Also, for some reason each record I have comes up in duplicate. Would this have anything to do with having a subreport with 2 or more contacts for each of the main companies in the main report?

4) I have seen databases with simple one button commands that were created to pull up a form regularly used our viewed. How would I do that.

right click on the detail section while in the report design

select properties

select the "format" tab

"Force New Page" should be set no "None"
