Match Value

Hi,
I have attached a excel sheet with this mail. In this excel sheet i have to find out the all match items and the criteria of the match item should be like this:

Match Criteria

if

Journal ID = Journal ID then cut and paste the match items in another sheets

these are three below mentioned conditions.

SDBRBANK ==INTERCEPT (amount should match with SDBRBANK)
or=TICKET (amount should match with SDBRBANK)


INTERCEPT =SDBRBANK (amount should match with INTERCEPT)
or=TICKET (amount should match with INTERCEPT)

TICKET =INTERCEPT (amount should match with TICKET) or =SDBRBANK (amount should match with TICKET)

if any of these combinations matches with same amount in my Rows then my next step would be cut and paste these match items in next worksheet in Match items.

Please help..Urgent
