Max number of statements/characters query

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with one of my queries. I suspect that it has to do with max settings for statements and characters. What are the respective maximum allowable numbers for both? Is there a workaround?

I understand that I could simply split up the queries but I am running them from Excel as OLE DB Query for import. The query goes into the command section there. Any help with this please?
