Maximalize switchboard

Hello,

I'm trying to make a macro that maximalizes my switchboard when I start my database. But everytime I start access it does'nt maximalize.
This is what i have for my macro:

Action: Argument:

Open form Switchboard
Maximalize


I saved the macro under the name "autoexec" but it don't seem te work.
I also clicked in the access option menu Show Form: switchboard.

Now the problem is is that the switchboard opens when I open my database, but not on maximum size. Can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong or forgot to do? Im working with Access 2007

I found the problem and fixed it. In my setting I had pop-up set on no. This has to be Yes. No my switchboard maximizes when I start the database.
