I would like to know is there a way to keep track of who was in a database?


Is there also anything on password protecting the database design?

There is an example Audrut Trail Db posted in this thread

You can set up a database password by going to Tools, security, set database password but you're probably better setting user level security. You can either use the wizard or set up a table with user logins and passwords
