Menu bar on the form

I know this question has been asked already but the answers I saw in the replys have not helped me when I searched this question. I would like to have the File, Edit, View menu bar actually on the form and cannot figure out how exactly to get it there. I know that in Visual Basic that option exists in the toolbox where you add buttons and stuff but not in Access Form. I would like to be able to have the File, Edit, View type options on the main Form because i would rather not use a switch board and do commands through a menu like save and exit and stuff. The answers i have found was just changing the actual access menus and bars, had nothing to do with the form itself. please help me.
