Menu Bar

Could someone please tell me how to add a command buttom that opens a form to the menu bar. I know I can creat a macro and then move it to the menu bar but when user's update their front ends they do not get the button on their menu bar. Why?

What you need to do is to add a custom menu bar to the front end that will have a command that launches the form you want. You associate the custom menu bar to the application by using the Startup option.

Could you please give me some advice on how to go about adding a button to the Menu Bar. When I try to add a button to the menu bar it only stays on my front end when I copy it over to another's pc it goes away.
