Menu Bar

Hi, I have created a custom menu bar and would like to be able to disable and enable the controls under the sub-menues based on the which screen the user is on. I want the control to be visible but grayed-out when it is disabled. I am using Access 2002.

For example, the Menu bar is called "Tools", the sub-menu is "Administration", and the control is "CPT".
