Menu toolbar and splashcreen

I would like to remove the msaccess splash screen for my project and replace with my own.
I also want remove the menu and toolbars and allow only "close" and "compact and repair|". Is there a link where I can follow step by step instructions or if anyone has code to make this work, I would be grateful.

There are links behind the little "Help" item in your menu. Ask about custom menus and splash screen and you shall recieve. Remember, when all else fails - read the instructions.
