Merge with Word based on query

I have a form from a query for Spark Test reports.

The query contains the job number, the customer, car number, etc. for a particular job.

I have the form done in Word and have tried to merge the data source but when I click on the datasource in Word the Spark Test Query is not listed for some reason.

I want to create a small form in Access do that 2 fields can be updated and then a command button that merges it with the word form and prints it out. The single form only.

Is this possible?
