is it Applicable in MS 2007? Thanks

The Northwind sample database that ships with every version of Access has more than enough samples to get you started.

@jhes, If you have Access 2007 you can also use any of the examples in 2000/2002/2003 format (.mdb).

As you search you will found that there are not as many 2007, 2010, ad 2013 example as there are for 2000/2002/2003. They all will work in Access 2007. A lot of people will post their examples in Access 2000 format so anyone with Access 2000 or later can open it.

Note: You can open a 2000/2002/2003 database (.mdb) in 2007 without converting it.

Good database design for tables had not change for many decades.

Also check out all the Access templates from Microsoft.

@Rx,

Most of the samples in the archive are general snippets. Have you seen any complete applications. More specifically a Contact Manager or Address book? That is what the OP is wanting.
