hey every one i have problem in ms access i got POS in access when i click on the total sale it give me this error
microsoft access can't find the object 'PO'.
* you misspelled the object name.check for missing underscores (_) or other punctuation , and make sure you didn't enter leading space .
* You tried to open a linked ,but the file containing the table isn't on the path you specified .use the link table manager to update the link and point to the correct path

when i click ok its said action failed
macro name :delpoandqtytbl
contion : true
action name : delete Object
argument : table ,PO
and X
" You are about to run a make-table query that will modify data in you table.
are you sure you want to run this type of action query ?
for information on how to prevent this message from displaying every time you run an action query ,click help
yes no help
i click on no than this give me this error again i click no then it show report
and when i click yes its show me this error
you are about to pass 0 row(s) into a nee table
once you click yes, you can't use the undo command to reverse the change are you sure you want to creat a new table with selected reccord


please help me this thanks in advance
 
We need a bit more information than just error messages. And have you tried to contact the software developers?

I'm not sure what's going on but if this macro can delete the table PO without recreating it then the next time it is run it(which would be now)you will get that error. You could just create an empty table named PO to get around this but I think your macro needs to check for the existence of the table before deleting it. I don't know how you can do this in a macro. If you convert it to VBA you can find some ways of doing it in this thread.
 
mikiel, you might do better (in the long run) to post a new thread when you have a problem. For future reference, you are better off not piggy-backing a thread with its last post 20 months ago.
