Microsoft Access integration with Whatsapp

Hi, I am would like to build a microsoft access database such as complaint monitoring system....etc.

Could anyone help me if I could integrate microsoft access 2007 with whatsapp? So that I could deliver complaint calls messages from my access 2007 db to whatsapp chat.

But already you ask for help integrating this non-existing app with some other app? Please start at the beginning.
