I have searched a lot on the web and it seems that this is impossible. I just need to You to confirm me this. I use locking for edited record. When user try to edit the record while other user is allready editing that record - it is not possible and he can see the sign in record selector. But, this sign is not enough for my users. I need the message. But it is not possible to trap this event - "before update the record that is locked". Is this really not possible ?
