Missing Link Date field

I have the following formula to use in an access report to populate it with the previous business date. What I need to know is where/how to add to this an additional part that also excludes any holidays from a range or separate table. I guess I could place all the dates that I know are holidays that occur on business days, but I dont know how to incorporate the language into this to make sure that my query doesnt include any of the dates on that table as being previous business days. Hope this makes sense.
[thisDate] - IIf(WeekDay([thisDate]) < 3, 1 + WeekDay([thisDate]), 1)

Wapug, you are new and not familiar with our ways of doing things. Please remember that the practice of asking the same question two different threads is wasteful of our resources and also risks you missing an answer because you only checked one of the questions for responses.

I'm easy-going but there are those on the forum who find this offensive. I'll just say that as a new member you haven't learned our ways. We're happy to help but please, in the future, avoid asking the same question in multiple posts.
