Missing menu

Missing menu
I cannot find nor enable a custom menu that I have no recollection of ever having deleted or disabled in my system. This is scary. Any suggestions?

If its not in the list, then I would suggest one of these options:

1. Look at a backup or previous version to see if it has the menu and import it into the current version
2. Recreate the menu from scratch
3. Remove the reference to that menu and pray no one remembers that the menu existed :^)
