Missing Sub Menu Items on File Menu

After messing with applying custom menu bar to a database and then it not working and (attempting?) changing it back to accepting the default menu, a number of my sub menu options that once appeared from the File Menu appear to have vanished.

I know I can drag and drop them to my file menu, except that I can't find the one titled "Database Properties" in any of the toolbar categories

Any ideas on where I can find this so I can put it back. This command is very useful..

Right click on the menu bar and select Customize. One of the options on this dialog box is "Reset". That should get you where you want to go.

Thanks, that put me on the right path. Few more steps though:

Upon the Customize dialog box opening, you have to select the Menu Bar option and then click Properties. Then make sure the appropriate Menu Bar Toolbar is selected (in my case 'Database') and then click the Restore Defaults button..
