Hello all, I converted an old database from 97 to 2002. But now it doesn't work the way it used to. If someone with extensive module knowledge would help me, i would appreciate it. I'll try and attach it here. Everything is the way it was, I just changed the names to protect the innocent. 
Basically, this is a helpdesk database developed in-house. When we receive a call, with fill out a 'ticket' , the ticket is then put in an 'open or pending' state. When the tech closes the ticket, the database is automatically supposed to parse the date and time info and also calculate the 'time to fix'. My problem after converting is that we can't edit any open or pending tickets. We can see the ticket but cannot do anything except close it. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
