Most recent entry shown in a form??????

okay, I have a form and a query that I will put a LAST NAME into and then a COMMENT, and it is automatically time/date stamped. I would like to show the most recent entry on a form for each person. How would I go about doing this. Thanks alot!

Thanks for the response. I already have it time stamped. What i need is not to show them in order from most recent, I actually need just the most recent one to show up in the text box on my form. any suggestions for this?
