I have a form with a RTF field and the mouse wheel does nothing, if I change the Text Format to Plain Text, mouse wheel works. Is this a bug or do I have something set wrong. I'm running Access 2019.
I've seen the API fix for previous versions, but didn't want to add that code if I didn't need it.
